Pituitary stalk interruption syndrome (PSIS) is a rare congenital abnormality of the pituitary gland. It associated with either isolated growth hormone deficiency or combined (CPHD). Neonatal PSIS extremely and difficult to diagnose can be life threatening if diagnosed late.
